The program is small and highly individualized. Its teachers have a wonderful way of translating academic educational theory—which they appear to have extended in their own right—into sensory and cognitive experiences that the children love. Their results stem in part from low student-teacher ratios, external grants, passionate teaching, and an almost moment-by-moment approach to curriculum. The school also has a thoughtful approach to social development. Older children (typically 3–5 years) and younger ones (18–35 months) have separate spaces. But they also interact enough to extend the family experience: a 2 year old who is the eldest child at home gets to learn from and interact with children a couple years older, and vice versa for a 4 year old who is the youngest child at home. We'd recommend the program.

The Best Thing We've Ever Done for our daughter! When looking for a Pre-K program , my husband and I decided that we wanted her to gain something out of the experience. Early introduction of Math, Science and even technology was something we hoped for and there was nothing in our area that offered that until My Spectrum School came to town. It seemed like all other programs focused on playing, snacking and napping while My Spectrum School was actually teaching valuable lessons. We can't begin to tell you how much improvement we've seen in her and although I would like to take the credit for it, I know alot of it has come from My Spectrum School and their amazing Harvard based Program. My wish is that all parents come across this school while researching the perfect place for your loved one so you too can feel like your providing your child the "best of the best" while giving them a head start in their education.
